Introductory Course
KITCHEN MEDICINE
Kitchen Medicine: Using Herbs at Home is our new 6-week introductory course.
This course is intended for the complete novice who has no previous experience, but would like to know more about self-care at home. Such knowledge was once common to many households in the last century but has unfortunately been displaced in modern times, and is in danger of being lost. It is our hope to bring this knowledge back for the benefit of all.
We will cover over 30 commonly used herbs for a variety of everyday ailments such as burns, wounds, digestive disorders, infections, hormonal irregularities, insomnia and more. The course is a practical guide and will teach you how to use common herbs safely and effectively. The start date of the next course varies and is dependent upon applications.

Please note, this course is not a practitioner course and does not qualify you to practice, however it can act as a stepping stone onto our
Full Apprenticeship Course.
The course consists of 6 live classes on Saturdays from 11am-4pm.
All classes are taught by qualified herbalists and will include samples and accompanying notes.

Applications are excepted on a first come/first served basis and on full payment of courses fees (£500.00).
The course will next run when we meet our application threshold, The next course will start September 2023.
